Arrive at 7:45am to ensure we start on time.
- 7:45am: Sign In & Tags
- 8:00am: Course Review & Buddy System -
runners are paired up for safety & it's a lot of
FUN! It takes approx. 10 mins to get everyone
paired up. Once we are paired up, we line-up and off
we go!!! We cannot wait or delay runs due to late
arrivals.

Weather Alert: In the event of rain
and/or severe weather, the group run will be
cancelled for safety reasons. A notification will be
made on the website (approx. 1 hr before run). We
will also make our best effort to contact everyone.
Cancelled runs will be made up the next day (Sunday)
at the same time. Rain, rain, go away... come again
some other day! =)
